Takedown of a single violation is a full turnkey set of out-of-court actions aimed at stopping one violation identified within the project:
1. Identifying the contact details of the infringer and the information intermediary (hosting provider, marketplace, social network, messenger, etc.).
2. A built-in action algorithm that takes into account the jurisdiction of the infringer and the information intermediary
3. Automatic generation and sequential sending of notices and claims in accordance with the type of violation and applicable law:
— notices,
— requests for supporting documents,
— demands,
— pre-trial claims.
4. Automated interaction with the infringer and the information intermediary after the notices are received.
5. Automatic verification that the violation has been resolved.
6. Detailed reports and dashboards.
Takedown is launched separately for each selected violation and is billed according to the selected plan.
What counts as a single violation:For the purposes of ticket creation and billing, a single violation is defined as the set of related materials identified within one hosting source.
A single violation may include:- all listings of a single seller on one marketplace;
- all pages and links containing violations within one website or domain;
- all posts of a single account or community on a social network;
- all materials of a single channel on a messenger or video-hosting platform;
- all related materials within another single hosting source.
The number of product listings, website pages, posts and links within a single ticket is not billed separately.
